Emma’s twenty-five-year career spans marketing, business development, product management and senior leadership roles. She has worked for a diverse range of businesses from Prop-Tech providers to insurance brokers, working closely with the residential property sector since 2009.
Emma believes passionately in the need for improved collaboration across the property industry and, in the importance of turning up the volume of the residential property sector’s collective voice. She founded Women in Residential Property in 2017 and chaired the group until 2023. She currently Chairs the British Property Federation Cyber Working Group and, sits on several committees focused on Build to Rent. Having been given opportunities that at seventeen Emma could not have imagined, she believes passionately in the importance of mentoring and the role it can play in ensuring that talent is never wasted and that curiosity and ambition are encouraged and celebrated.
