Helena is a Project Director for projects in design, pre-development and delivery. She is passionate about delivering exceptional buildings that address the surrounding space to create thriving places.
Initially training as chartered quantity surveyor she then turned to design and delivery, working extensively within retail and large mixed use developments, which has given her a breadth of experience.
Helena will deliver the Royal Street Masterplan – a new mixed user workspace neighbourhood, including incubation of a MedTech cluster, academic researchers and clinicians, and will become an integral and hugely beneficial part of the London growth economy and local community.
