Katerina Pattison works at the intersection of real estate, technology, data and transformation. At Invesco, she is leads the Real Estate Investment Tech group across Europe and APAC, where her work focuses on digital innovation, PropTech and data strategy across major global regions.
Her 20+year career has taken her through a wide range of real estate technology roles, from systems analysis and implementation through to product management, Yardi design authority and regional technology leadership. Having worked across Cushman & Wakefield, Grosvenor, CBRE, M&G Real Estate and Invesco, she brings a practical understanding of how careers can evolve across real estate, operations, technology and change.
Katerina Pattison is passionate about helping women build confidence, take opportunities before they feel fully ready, and recognise the value they bring to complex business and technology conversations. Through her involvement with Invesco Women in Tech and the Hays Women in Technology connect event, she has supported discussions around sponsorship, unconscious bias, reverse mentoring and creating environments where women can build, grow and lead.
Outside of work, she is a mother to 2 and can be found running Ultra marathons in the hills and mountains and snowboarding in the winter. Has a passion for taking on life experiences and challenges whenever the opportunity arises, from jumping off bridges, taking career break to run a ski lodge in Japan to climbing Kilimanjaro.
