Katie Mansfield

Colliers, Director, Occupier Services

Katie spent her career from a graduate to Partner at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ), growing and developing her career as she relocated within the business from Manchester to Dublin and subsequently onto London. Prior to relocating to London and specialising in Corporate Real estate, Katie was based in Dublin and worked in the investment and capital markets across Ireland, UK & EMEA. Katie has over two decades of real estate experience, with roles including UK Regional Lead Occupier Management and Co-Head of EMEA Transaction Management.

Katie is a Senior Director in the Colliers EMEA Occupier Services Team. As a senior member of the team Katie leads and manages large global corporate real estate portfolios working in partnership with a mix of international clients, including Heineken, FTI Consulting, Stanley Black & Decker, Cummins Ltd, Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Bank of Ireland, Société Générale and Clyde & Co to name a few. In her role Katie collaborates across multi-disciplines to analyse, create, manage and deliver real estate solutions to meet her client’s business goals and objectives.

Working with her clients to understand their needs, she provides accommodation strategic advice, stay v go and manages large complex build-to-suit opportunities, pulling together multi-disciplinary teams to deliver client tailored solutions.

Katie has been an elected member of the RICS since September 2004 and is also a member of CoreNet Global – UK. Chapter. Over her career Katie has won several business and client awards with CoreNet and Estates Gazette.

Katie is passionate about supporting other women working in property and the built environment and strives to help make a change for the future of women in the industry. Katie is a member and driving force of Colliers Women in Leadership initiative and part of Colliers Balance in Business programme, which is a programme founded on five pillars which are led by volunteers from across the business. The pillar Awareness helps to create a welcoming, inclusive and diverse working environment that reflects the society in which we live. Katie is married and has two young children aged 4 and 6 and is familiar with the challenge of managing a professional career, a home, children and all that it entails!  Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel and photography. Many people would describe her as – fun, ambitious, analytical and confidant.
