Rebecca is a charted surveyor, starting out as a trainee for Strutt and Parker, she quickly found a passion for rental housing and moved to Grainger. Whilst at Grainger, she tracked the rise of Build to Rent (BTR), working on some of the BTR first schemes in the country. She went on to grow Grainger Trust, a for profit housing association, from a start-up to a £125m business in 3yrs. Rebecca then moved to Morgan Sindall Group, where she gained significant experience working across some of the largest and most complex residential construction schemes in the UK. Rebecca now works for LLoyds banking Group, leading the creation of Citra Living, Lloyds private rental business, focusing on the creation and management of affordable rental homes across the UK. In her spare time, Rebecca is also a non-executive director for B3 Living, a not- for- profit RP in the Borough of Broxbourne.
