Claire joined Stanhope in September 2018 as Asset Management Director. She is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and prior to joining Stanhope, worked with Grosvenor Britain & Ireland for 11 years. There she moved around the London Estate business gaining experience in investment, development and leasing. Claire led the asset management team for South Belgravia where she was accountable for delivering the long-term strategy to create distinctive and vibrant neighborhoods which attract footfall, spend and offer prosperity to tenants. She has stakeholder management expertise, strategic planning experience, major change credentials and can point to significant operational success heading a £1 billion business.
Claire enjoys having accountability for a significant area of White City, in the throes of regeneration and being able to make an impact on London and its environment. She finds the idea of leaving a lasting legacy really compelling.
Claire and the team are often out and about, meeting their occupiers or talking to new and innovative retail brands who want to take space with them. There’s never a dull or slow minute in Asset Management, which was a major attraction to Claire when setting out post APC.
