Louise is a Partner at Town Legal, a boutique law firm that specialises in planning. She has a wide range of experience, including town extensions and energy/infrastructure projects, but Louise particularly enjoys advising on complex developments within central London. Louise has acted on a number of London’s iconic tall buildings (the Cheesegrater, Walkie-Talkie, Can of Ham, Gotham City, One Undershaft) and global HQs (UBS, Bloomberg and Goldman Sachs). Her clients include Native Land, CIT, Great Portland Estates, BentallGreenOak and Galliard.
Louise is responsible for training at Town and enjoys working with the team to support their career progression and goals. Having moved to Town after 16 years at Linklaters (quite a change of scale!), Louise is enjoying the hands-on management responsibilities that her role now requires. Whilst at Linklaters, Louise was involved with the Global Women’s Leadership Programme and considers it incredibly important to support other women within the real estate and development sector.
Louise lives in East Dulwich with her husband and two daughters. She loves to travel and can’t wait for holidays, meals out and cocktails with friends!
