Bronte is a Principal, Managing Director with HLW in London. She joined HLW in 2008, fast being promoted to Design Director of London, and then Managing Director in 2012. Born and raised in Australia, she has worked in the U.K. and internationally on commercial, multi-residential, retail, and private domestic design projects with clients including Google, Royal Mail, Toronto Dominion Bank, and Lend Lease.
Bronte actively participates in many initiatives in and outside HLW. At HLW she is passionate about supporting and ensuring the team around her are given a platform to shine and excel. She is also a leader on the HLW CSR Task force whose mission is to be a force for positive change in the communities HLW serve. This task force supports Environmental, Equity and philanthropic efforts at the firm, all of which Bronte is very focused on the need for change in. Outside the firm, Brontes passions for supporting the communities she serves, continues through active participation in philanthropic and mentoring programs where she seeks to support other young men and women in guiding and ensuring their support and growth within the wider industry.
As Managing Director, Bronte is still actively involved with all client projects and with her project teams. She offers her clients a strong mix of passion for design and problem solving, a mix of commercial and business acumen, focus and drive to all that she works on. She has a genuine love of design and takes great pride in ensuring that teamwork is a fun, collaborative, and dynamic environment. Bronte is actively involved in promoting the industry and has been a judge for many design awards.
