Ema is a chartered HR professional and current head of Talent Acquisition for UK, Europe and the Middle East at Savills. During her career Ema has worked in Law and at the BBC but enjoys the people centric culture at Savills. Ema joined to head up training and the graduate scheme for Savills in 2006, moving into her current role after the birth of her son in 2019.
Ema is a strong advocate for career progression and an experienced executive coach, working with colleagues when they are at a transition point in their career. She believes that time and space to focus in a supportive and challenging environment can promote personal development and awareness which has a positive impact on the whole person, not just their on their working life.
A pioneer for the D&I programme at Savills, Ema was one of the original group who founded Changing the Face of Property and she now co-chairs the Socio Economic D&I group at Savills. She is passionate about removing barriers to education, employment and progression within the industry and works with several charities.
One of the only non-surveyor members of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors, Ema was invited to join their Education Committee in 2015 and enjoys helping to widen awareness of the opportunities for exciting and fulfilling careers in Real Estate.
