Jane Falconer is ISG’s chief human resources officer and a member of the company’s Statutory Board since January 2019. She joined ISG in March 2017 as group HR director, bringing with her over 20 years of international HR experience. She has a track record of shaping, transforming and delivering HR strategies that improve and enhance businesses; and has a wealth of experience of directing successful employee engagement programmes that provide tangible outcomes.
Jane is instrumental in supporting the company’s vision to become the world’s most dynamic construction services company, delivering places that help people and businesses thrive. She is also responsible for ISG’s goal to be the best employer in the industry, offering an unbeatable employment experience, and recruiting and developing the best talent in our sector. Her key focus is on investing in ISG’s people and building the company’s reputation as a great place to work; developing and delivering a dynamic and cohesive people strategy; and ensuring the business remains firmly on track to achieve its ambitions.
Jane is passionate about making a difference and helping people realise their potential. This means not only putting in place the framework and infrastructure to enable people to grow, be engaged and fulfilled at work; but also drawing on her own personal experiences to mentor and coach others to be the best they can be. She is also really excited to be driving ISG’s reaching for balance strategy that aims to improve diversity at all levels within the business.
