Kirsty is a chartered property surveyor and is currently a Partner at Workman LLP, in the property management department. Kirsty is the account lead on large institutional clients including BlackRock and Legal & General managing their property portfolios of all use classes throughout the UK. Her roles involves managing surveying teams across the country to ensure they deliver the mandated KPI’s to the client, and providing strategic advice to clients from debt performance to tenant disputes. Kirsty is also heavily involved in the ESG delivering for clients and an area she is very passionate about, especially around tech solutions for reducing carbon. Previous to Workman she worked at CBRE managing big buildings and mixed use schemes.
Kirsty is passionate about young female talent and ensuring they break through to senior management levels, as she still regularly finds herself being the only female in the room. Kirsty style of work is to be authentic, your personality is a huge part of your job and what can solidify a client relationship from the onset, and is hopeful she can help others in the fast paced and challenging world we all live in.
After completing her master’s in real estate in Ireland, Kirsty relocated to London 10 years ago and is very much embedded in London life now with her dog Chubbs, she enjoys socialising with friends and as of last year is a big reformer Pilates fan.
