Academy partners benefit from a 12-month mentoring, development and networking experience curated specifically to provide women with all of the confidence, skills and connections that they need to stay and thrive in their chosen industries.
The success of the annual programme stands to contribute to the sustainability of industry at large through the development of more impactful, connected and confident female talent, and via businesses reaping the well publicised benefits associated with greater gender diversity.
