Kelly Bream is a highly accomplished strategic and operational leader with 20 years’ experience scaling complex ventures across the built environment. A Chartered Management Surveyor and multi-time founder, Kelly has launched and grown businesses in property management, real estate development, ESG, and professional consultancy. Most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Bidwells, Kelly set the firm’s national growth strategy, led digital and AI transformation, drove BCorp certification, and strengthened governance across a 10-office national firm. Her track record includes overseeing multi- billion-pound estates, securing major institutional clients, and chairing key committees at board level. A recognised industry voice and diversity champion, Kelly is the recipient of multiple high-profile awards, Including Entrepreneur of the Year and Industry Personality. She contributes through numerous Non-Executive and Trustee roles and is frequently featured in leading property publications and podcasts. Kelly is currently writing a leadership book ‘Anything but Golf’ and is the Founder and CEO of a new venture that launches later this year.
