Aja is a Development Director who joined Stanhope in 2023 following a career in Construction. She really enjoys getting to deliver world class, large scale developments taking a diverse and inclusive approach.
Aja holds an honours degree in Civil Engineering and a Graduate Diploma of Law (Law conversion). Aja started her career working in Construction in Australia, and previously worked at Lendlease and Sir Robert McAlpine, specifically on developments such as Bloomberg London and One Bishopsgate Plaza. Aja brings a global view to her role having spent time in the commercial, residential and health care sectors across UK and Australia.
Outside work Aja really enjoys hiking, travelling, and studying foreign languages.
