I am a Building Services engineer leading multi-disciplinary projects primarily in the commercial workplace sector. I’m also particularly interested in heritage buildings, so lean towards retrofit as opposed to new build where possible. After recognising the limited support for Building Services engineers refurbishing heritage buildings, I formed the CIBSE Retrofit in Heritage Committee, which has now transformed into the CIBSE Heritage & Retrofit Group of which I am Co-Vice Chair. I’m particularly passionate about creating enjoyable working environments which has lead me to be one of the People Leads in our London office.
