Angela is Senior Director at CBRE Scotland. CBRE is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm and provides an integrated suite of services, including facilities, transaction and project management; property management; investment management; appraisal and valuation; property leasing; strategic consulting; property sales; and development services.
Angela started her career as a non-cognate graduate undertaking a distance learning conversion course to gain RICS qualification. She worked with Cushman & Wakefield during this period, working her way up from graduate to Partner. During this period, she benefited from a lot of training and mentoring to achieve this goal. She joined CBRE in 2015 and now leads the Office Agency Team in Scotland.
With a focus on offices, she advises developers and investors on refurbishment and new build projects from a leasing and development perspective. She also works with a lot of occupiers on their occupational strategies. It has been a really interesting period for innovation and change in the offices sector.
Outwith work, Angela enjoys being outdoors, whether that be climbing mountains in Scotland or touring vineyards in Italy. Travel is her passion.
