Beth Williams is Head of Client Solutions for CBRE within Property Management in the UK, the world’s largest real estate company. Beth is responsible for developing and driving relationships with new clients, understanding their objectives and strategy whilst ultimately driving growth and leveraging CBRE’s breadth and scale.

Beth has held a number of roles within CBRE, having started with CBRE in 2009 in Australia within Property and Asset Management, then moving back to the UK, working with the Central London team both as an Investment Agent as well as in Property &Asset Management. Beth has fantastic experience in leading teams in complex Mixed Use Estates, Design Consultancy and Office Towers for various clients including DEKA, Brookfield, Evans Randall and Cain International. Beth now leads as Executive Sponsor to several of CBRE’S top clients including Schroders and Capitaland. Before CBRE, Beth was an Investment Agent at King Sturge (now JLL) where she completed her graduate training.

Beth currently sits on the Property Management Executive Board and is involved in the recruitment, ongoing training and retention of our graduates and apprentices. She was previously Chair of CBRE Women’s Network and was responsible for driving forward CBRE’s family-friendly benefits to include IVF leave, a new neo-natal policy as well as enhanced maternity and paternity leave. She is passionate about the advancement of women within the industry and continues to drive a number of initiatives to ensure Women have a seat at the table at C suite level.

Outside of work, Beth has two young children and has recently returned from maternity leave. Trying to juggle the work-life balance as well as still trying to have a social/sporting life is certainly a challenge, but wouldn’t change it for the world.
