I started my property career as a receptionist for a property management firm in Harrogate, and after undertaking a Real Estate Management degree in my part time, I gradually worked my way up at various property management consultancies in the North of England and London. I now head up the Retail Division at one of the UK’s most successful property management firms, MAPP, where I am responsible for a team of 24 Surveyors and 65 Centre Managers and site team members. We manage 190 properties ranging from shopping centres and leisure parks to hotels and mixed use, including the world-renowned Spitalfields in London. I am a non-executive Director on the Operating Board for Revo, I judge the Revo and SCEPTRE Awards, and I am a STEM Ambassador encouraging young people into the world of surveying.
