Caroline has 19 years of broad-based experience in the high-rise residential development and house-building sectors in the UK. As an experienced senior leader, she is known for her values-driven and collaborative approach, people-centric leadership, and her focus on achieving results.
Caroline’s expertise was initially shaped by nine years at Taylor Wimpey, where she held a range of roles. Gaining hands-on operational experience in housebuilding as well as undertaking corporate roles in Corporate Communications & Investor Relations and being part of the merger integration team for the George Wimpey and Taylor Woodrow merger to form Taylor Wimpey.
After Taylor Wimpey she went on to work at Londonewcastle as a Development Manager for four years, where she really enjoyed the focus on building design and place-making. She then joined Telford Homes, gaining experience in the Built to Rent Sector. Caroline was appointed as BTR Development Director, building from scratch and leading the Development Management Team. Following the take-over of Telford Homes, Caroline joined Greencore Homes’ Executive leadership team as Development & Communications Director. She set up the communications function and implemented development management processes, as well as playing her part in helping to set up the wider business for the future. She is currently on a career break before deciding on the next work chapter.
Caroline lives in Hertfordshire with her husband. She loves travelling, experiencing new cultures, places and meeting new people, which provides her with a source of inspiration. She loves being active, particularly being outdoors, as well as spending time with family and friends.
