Colette is National Head of Business Rates at Evelyn Partners, joining in January 2022 to establish and lead a national business rates tax offer.
Colette has a solid background in real estate having been a Business Rates Tax specialist for the last 14 years in three major property consultancies, CBRE, LSH and Cushman & Wakefield.
Given the direction of travel of business rates moving to a more self-declaration set up, mirroring other government revenues collected, Colette saw an opportunity for the professional services industry to offer a business rates advisory service.
Colette is a continuous learner who thrives on a challenge and enjoys working with clients to achieve best in class results and service. She is a great believer in opportunity for all and fully supports and mentors junior colleagues and has done for a number of years. Colette understands the challenges that are faced at various points throughout a career and notably for women in the real estate industry who are seeking to develop self and career whilst also balancing real life.
