Coriander (known as Cori) is a Head of Legal. With extensive in-house experience, her expertise spans both the construction and energy sectors. Cori is drawn to in-house roles for the opportunity to closely engage with those she advises, gaining a deep understanding of their drivers, needs, and priorities.
A passionate advocate for the value in house lawyers can bring to any business, Cori is committed to making the in-house environment better for those within it, those who use it, and those entering it. She leverages the O Shaped principles (Mindset and Attributes — O Shaped) to develop and empower her team to be user-friendly advisors, and enablers, who provide advice aligned with their employer’s strategic objectives.
Cori’s mantra for her team is “sustainable high performance.” She strives to create an environment where lawyers can excel professionally while maintaining their wellbeing. Her dedication to this ethos was recognised with a Mind Line Manager nomination in 2024.
Cori lives in Bristol with her family. She loves travelling, culture, history, and the great outdoors.
