Elisa is a Board Director with over 15 years’ experience in mixed-use and prime residential property management. A Chartered Surveyor and RICS APC Assessor for the past decade, she is passionate about raising standards and delivering best-in-class management for her clients.
She has extensive experience in the mobilisation and operational delivery of complex schemes with high levels of amenities and operational intricacies. Elisa enjoys the challenge of bringing ambitious developments to life, ensuring beautiful buildings are matched by robust governance, financial control and exceptional service delivery.
Throughout her career, she has led large teams, strengthened governance frameworks and elevated service standards across diverse portfolios. She is particularly motivated by untangling ambiguity, identifying root causes and designing cleaner, more resilient operating models that create long-term value.
Alongside her professional work, Elisa has volunteered with Ukrainian Action for the past four years, organising logistics for aid convoys delivering critical supplies and recovery vehicles into Ukraine. She has visited the country since the war began and remains deeply committed to supporting the charity’s life-saving work.
Outside of work, Elisa prioritises time with family, regularly travelling to Ireland and Portugal. She has a keen interest in cooking, art and architecture, and is an aspiring open-water swimmer!
