Ellie has deep expertise in social impact, community engagement, and stakeholder management. As former Director of Engagement and Communications at the Construction Innovation Hub, she supported the rollout of major sector policies such as the Construction Playbook and played a pivotal role in shaping the Value Toolkit, to deliver better outcomes from infrastructure investment.
