Emily is a legal director, specialising in transactional real estate. Emily has worked on a broad range of transactions, including corporate and asset sales and acquisitions, development projects and landlord and tenant work. More recently, Emily’s work has seen a particular focus on the data centre, logistics and infrastructure sector.
Emily has experience working with national and international clients, institutional investors, football clubs (although, to the disappointment of her ten-year-old, not Chelsea FC, as of yet…) lenders, landlord and tenants.
Emily is currently based across offices in both Guildford and London, which affords her the flexibility to juggle the home-work balance more effectively, living in Haslemere, Surrey. Outside of the office, Emily is a mum to three children, and an owner to a menagerie of animals, including (at last check), three cats and two dogs.
Emily has also recently over-sold her athletic capabilities by agreeing to run a marathon with a client, so in her spare time can be found attempting to run around the Surrey hills.
