With 12 years of experience in commercial real estate investment across international markets as an investment broker, Emma transitioned into the strategic operations space before joining BCGX in 2024. Initially, Emma led on the design and implementation of their DEI strategy for EMESA, collaborating closely with regional chairs and key stakeholders across the people function.
In 2025, Emma pivoted to a Strategic Programs Director role to drive fast GenAI adoption and enablement across X. She leads the design and execution of the learning strategy for Generative X, ensuring teams are equipped with the necessary skills, tools, and ways of working to excel in an AI-driven future. A passionate advocate for people, Emma is committed to creating inclusive and equitable spaces where everyone can thrive. She brings strong corporate experience, collaborating effectively across cultures and time zones.
Outside of work, Emma has recently relocated back to the UK after a four year stint in Munich. She speaks fluent French, and less fluent German! She loves spending time outdoors, and loves the mix of a few days in London each week and a few days working from home in the Northamptonshire countryside. She is Mama to two terrible toddlers, and endlessly passionate about supporting working parents in high performance, fast paced corporate environments.
