I am a business development coach, mentor, and consultant with over 30 years’ experience working across the built environment and professional services sectors. I support senior professionals and emerging leaders to develop confident, authentic approaches to business development that align personal values with commercial success.
I specialise in working with people-led organisations – particularly multidisciplinary consultancies – helping individuals and teams strengthen client relationships, build sustainable pipelines, and embed business development as a leadership behaviour rather than a sales activity. My work integrates personal development, practical business processes, and cultural change to reduce reliance on individual rainmakers and create resilient, future-ready businesses.
I have run my own consultancy Boxx for the past 15 years, am an ILM Level 7 qualified coach, and a Member of the Association of Business Mentors. I am married with two daughters, have a schnauzer called Pebble and am particularly passionate about supporting women in construction and property to build confidence, clarity, and influence in their careers.
