Kallirroi brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, where she has successfully delivered a wide range of high-profile projects across both the public and private sectors. Her expertise spans all stages of development, from inception through to handover, with a strong focus on financial and contractual management. Her architectural background and commercial acumen have established her as a well-respected and highly confident project director.
Before joining Lipton Rogers Developments, Kallirroi was a Director at AECOM, where she led the commercial project management cluster and oversaw major commercial and residential developments such as 22 Bishopsgate in Central London and Holland Green in Kensington. As the employer’s representative, she managed procurement, contract administration, and the client-monitoring team, working closely with the Lipton Rogers team and key stakeholders. Earlier in her career at Schal, she contributed to landmark projects like the National Assembly for Wales, shortlisted for the RIBA Stirling Award.
Kallirroi holds an Architectural Engineering degree from the National Technical University of Athens and an MSc in Building Performance and Diagnostics from Carnegie Mellon University. She is a chartered member of RIBA and a registered architect (ARB).
