Kate is the Managing Director and a shareholder at Rhodium. Kate joined Rhodium at its inception in 2012 after starting her career in commercial property at Nelson Bakewell in 2009, where she became a chartered surveyor and sat in the management and national investment teams, working on behalf of many institutional clients. Rhodium is an advisory and property management company for luxury residential and mixed-use developments both in Central London and internationally, providing development consultancy, mobilisation and management services. Rhodium currently has a portfolio of £12 billion across 40 super-prime developments.
In her role as Managing Director, Kate oversees the daily running of Rhodium, working closely with all departments to ensure Rhodium’s clients are delivered the highest levels of service and the team are supported to deliver these expectations.
Kate studied Geography at Exeter University, followed by a MSc in Real Estate at Oxford Brookes University. During her time in commercial property, Kate noticed the lack of diversity within the industry, something she has felt strongly about for the last 15 years and therefore inspiring her to promote women within property, Mentoring Circle being the perfect programme for her to join.
Her passions include architecture and interiors, inspiring personal property projects as well as travelling (Amsterdam is my favourite city) and spinning religiously (before welcoming her daughter in 2022) and now her spare time is mostly taken up running after Grace with the odd yoga class and tennis lesson thrown in!
