Kate is the National Preconstruction Lead for the Ministry of Justice account at ISG Limited, a Tier 1 construction contractor headquartered in London. Kate’s role is to ensure consistency across UK teams when responding to Ministry of Justice tenders, and to support our teams to deliver best value and exceptional customer service. Prior to this role, Kate was a Senior Bid Manager at ISG responding to a range of public sector frameworks and projects. She led the UK proposals function for Colas Limited, a highways company part of the Bouygues Group during the coronavirus lockdown, ensuring the five bid teams across the UK remained resourced and able to respond to tenders from Highways England through to Local Authorities. Before moving into Highways, Kate worked for Henry Boot Construction as Senior Bid Writer working across private and public sector projects. Her career at Henry Boot spanned 14 years, where she worked her way up from Assistant Buyer, through the Planning function and latterly into the Bid Team.
