
Kerry Ann Ralston is an Associate Director with MGAC with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. She began her here career in Dublin, before moving to Scotland in 2008. Since then, she has delivered a wide range of national and internal projects across multiple sectors.
She is known for her collaborative style, attention to detail and her ability to support clients and teams through complex projects from inception to completion.
Kerry Ann is also passionate about opening opportunities for the next generation. She is an active member of Women in Property and a committee member for the Central Scotland branch. She believes that visibility of role models and practical advice can make a real difference to career choices and supports outreach and mentoring initiatives to encourage young people – especially your women – to consider careers in construction industry.
Balancing a demanding career with family life, Kerry Ann understands the challenges of time management and resilience that many emerging professionals face. She brings that awareness to her mentoring style, offering practical guidance on navigating career progression, work-life balance and personal development. Her goal is to empower mentees to build confidence, develop their own voice and take full advantage of the opportunities available to them.
Outside work she is a mum to two boys and the family dog, coaches grassroots football and enjoys all things outdoors – always seeking out a new challenge.
