Having had an HR career spanning nearly 30 years, Kirsty has been with Cain for four years. Cain is a boutique, Real Estate Private Equity firm, with operations in London and the US. Whilst based in London, Kirsty travels regularly to New York and LA to spend time with the Cain teams there.
Kirsty has spent a majority of her career in larger organisations, so her move to Cain presented some new and exciting challenges. She has worked in several sectors including FMCG, Financial Services, Real Estate & Law.
She describes herself as passionate, tenacious and results focused. Adopting a pragmatic approach, which allows her to cut through complexity and deliver people solutions that truly reflect the needs of the business. As a qualified coach, she uses these skills daily to influence and develop others.
Kirsty is passionate about developing others and has experienced the benefits of having a mentor herself. Having mentored people previously, she understands the importance of this relationship.
Originally from Scotland, she moved to the South East with her husband and young children 21 years ago. They are now grown up and forging their own careers. She must have inspired her daughter in some way, as she is 6 months into her first HR role!
