Laura is Chief Operating Officer at Greencore Homes, a sustainable housebuilder, where she is responsible for a broad range of business operations including strategy, growth, legal, sales and marketing, customer experience, governance and organisational development. She is a qualified lawyer and began her career at a top-tier law firm before moving into the residential development sector, where she has held senior roles focused on business development, strategic growth and operational leadership. Outside of work, Laura is a mum to twin boys who keep life busy. She plays netball when she can, loves being outdoors, and previously studied at the University of California, Irvine – which means she will always advocate for a bit more sunshine wherever possible!
