Lisa Keller is a Head of Bids with 15 years experience working in the build environment. With previous roles at Balfour Beatty, ISG, CBRE and most recently Kier, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge in understanding customers and writing compelling submissions to win. Overseeing large bid teams and pipelines of circa £1.5bn annually, Lisa balances performance excellence and wellbeing to achieve high performance in her teams.
With a passion for authentic, sustainable leadership, Lisa likes to make people feel valued, important and welcome, whilst helping them to discover and reach their potential. She engages in lifelong learning, having achieved an MBA in 2020, and going on to study a business doctorate with a focus on women in leadership. Lisa is a keen mentor and coach, as she strives to help others succeed in their careers and personal lives.
Alongside the joy of a busy career and intensive studies, Lisa advocates for positive work-life balance and enjoys reading, writing letters, gardening and going an adventures with her cocker spaniel Kizzy.
