I am a senior Planning Partner in the Planning & Development Team and a member of Gerald Eve’s Operations Board. I am responsible for leading a team of planning professionals advising leading UK and international owners, developers, investors and occupiers across London.
I chair both the London Property Alliance Camden Working Group and the Knowledge Quarter Liaison Group. I am a mentor for both Mission Gender Equity and The Circle Academy helping to improve gender balance at senior levels within the industry.
I have over 25 years of experience in the industry and have worked across all sectors of real estate including commercial offices, retail, hotel, residential and mixed-use developments throughout London. My key clients include leading real estate companies such as British Land, Brockton, Hines, Landsec, Legal & General, M&G, Mitsubishi, Mitsui and Stanhope.
Key to some of the major successes in my career so far has been fostering long-term, trusted relationships with clients and working with them to deliver ambitious development projects that have shaped our city. For example, I have worked with Landsec in Victoria for 20 years to completely refresh and transform the area into a vibrant place to work, live and play.
Projects I am particularly proud to be involved in currently include advising on the extension to the British Library, a major new commercial building in the heart of the Knowledge Quarter; 1 Victoria Street, a major new office development next to the Westminster World Heritage Site and the reinvention of the Euston Tower.
