Louisa Roe

Norton Rose Fulbright, Counsel

Louisa is a commercial real estate lawyer based in London. She joined Norton Rose Fulbright in 2004 as a fresh-faced law graduate and has built a practice focused on all aspects of commercial property work, including leasing, acquisitions and disposals, funding, development and portfolio management. Louisa’s favourite thing about working in the real estate industry is the ability to see the tangible results of hours of desk-based work and she enjoys nothing more than a good nose around clients’ buildings.

Louisa has taken two year-long periods of maternity leave and therefore has first-hand experience of the uneven career trajectory many women face. She is an active member of her firm’s Women’s Network and Family Matters (supporting working parents) committees, has participated as a mentor in NRF’s mentoring schemes and has volunteered as an interview coach for SmartWorks, a charity helping women get back into work.

In her ever decreasing free-time, Louisa provides a taxi and PA service for two young boys and can be found on most Sundays freezing on the sidelines of a muddy football pitch.
