Lucy is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with +25 years experience in investment, asset, development and portfolio management. Her career has predominantly been focused on UK cross sector fund management and investment strategy. She has a strong track record in deal origination and execution, intensive asset and portfolio/risk management and development funding and delivery through multiple market cycles working across the full risk return spectrum (from core to value add/opportunistic investing).
Lucy co-founded Mortimer/RE Ltd in January 2025. Mortimer/RE is a privately owned company providing development and asset management services to funds, property companies, landowners and occupiers. With a commitment to value creation and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the market, Mortimer/RE aim to deliver projects that not only meet commercial objectives but also integrate sustainability and asset resilience at their core.
Prior to joining Mortimer/RE Lucy was a Director and founding member of Savills Investment Management where she was responsible for managing commercial real estate portfolios on a discretionary basis with a strong emphasis on value add strategies for over 20 years.
In addition to her full time role at Mortimer/RE, Lucy is a Non Executive Board Director of the Value and Indexed Property Income Trust Plc.
Lucy is married with 2 daughters and lives in North West London.
