Michaela Tweedley is Head of Professional Services at Brawdia, a boutique building consultancy in the City of London. She helps clients buy, sell, insure and manage real estate across UK and EMEA.
Prior to joining Brawdia, Michaela spent a decade at Savills where she led the service line in insurance valuation with a recorded growth of 400% in five years.  Her sector specialisms are in Healthcare, Education and Charities and she specilased in RCA and TDD. At Savills she was also join chair of the Gender Group, member of the BPC Operations Board and staff-elected member of the Group Pension Plan Committee.
Michaela worked for a contractor from the age of 18 where she took day release to read Civil Engineering and, later, Building Surveying at university.
Outside of work, Michaela is a Stem Ambassador, founding member of The 93% Club and a trustee for Canterbury Oast Trust, a charity supporting adults with learning disability and autism. She is passionate about DEI in the industry and visible and accessible role models.
