Nicky is a senior leader with over 25 years’ experience managing complex, high-profile property and destination portfolios across the UK and internationally. Her career spans iconic developments including Battersea Power Station, the London Olympic Village, BBC Television Centre, and the Sydney Opera House. As Client Services Director at Savills, Nicky is responsible for delivering best-in-class service across some of the firm’s top-tier clients. She has led major turnarounds in service delivery and resident engagement, particularly at large-scale mixed-use and residential developments, and serves as Vice Chair on Savills’ Residential Management Board.

Nicky has also held senior roles in technology, design & build, and international consultancy, and has been instrumental in scaling businesses, launching new services, and navigating fast-paced environments. Her experience is rooted in both the public and private sectors, giving her a broad perspective on leadership and innovation across different types of organisations.

As a mentor, Nicky is passionate about helping emerging professionals grow their confidence, think strategically, and build fulfilling careers. She is particularly focused on supporting those navigating the early stages of leadership and stakeholder management.

Outside of work, Nicky is a keen sportswoman and plays tennis, cricket, netball and swims. Her true passion, however, is skiing – a lifelong love that led her to organise the British University Ski Championships while at university. She also worked at Wimbledon and spent summers in the U.S. as a waterski instructor. Nicky served for four years as a Governor at East Sheen Primary School, and now lives in Hampshire with her husband and two children.
