Nicky is the Director of Emerging Trends at Savills where her focus is on the future of how we will live, work, learn and play.
Nicky began her career in real estate as part of the Savills Worldwide Occupier Services division where she was part of a team helping US technology companies with international expansion.
A former barrister and broadcaster Nicky is a regular contributor to the conversation about the built environment. She enjoys podcasting and her current collaboration with architecture practice Heta has covered themes such as esports and gaming, public art and skateboarding in cities.
Nicky enjoys supporting entrepreneurship and is currently a sector specialist on two technology programmes, one focused on prop tech and the other addressing the climate emergency.
