
Philippa is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Infrastructure Director at the Earls Court Development Company, a partnership between TfL and Delancy, where she is responsible for the delivery of complex infrastructure on the 40ha mixed use regeneration scheme.
Her career has been varied, having worked within a number of engineering consultancies where she led multi-disciplinary teams delivering major housing regeneration schemes, transport and infrastructure projects, before moving to the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation as Head of Infrastructure prior to Earls Court.
Philippa is an advocate of diversity in the built environment and was a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) London and South East England Diversity task force from 2015-2018, informed by her own experiences and challenges faced in the industry. She has been an ICE mentor and is passionate about supporting the next generation of female built environment professionals.
Soon to complete her part time MBA in Major Infrastructure Delivery from UCL, she is looking forward to some well earned family time with her husband and three children, and hopes to get her trainers back on to improve her fitness levels.
