Starting my career at Skanska as a sponsored student in the commercial field, it was during a placement that I found a passion for developing others. This led to a shift from operational construction to HR, where I have held a variety of roles. Most recently, Talent and capability director, focusing on organisational culture change, specifically within inclusion and diversity. I am a fellow of the CIPD, a qualified coach, work part time, and volunteer with the local scouts. I live in Hampshire with my husband, two children and cocker spaniel.
