
Sarah Draper is the People and Culture Director at RLB and a UK and Europe Board Member. She has responsibility for the people strategy within RLB UK and Europe.
Sarah has over 25 years’ experience and has been leading successful people, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, and cultural change initiatives. She is passionate about driving real change in the built environment and ensuring businesses actually “walk the talk” when it comes to DE&I issues.
As well as being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Sarah is a member of CLC culture and skills group and chair of the ACE HR Forum.
Sarah is passionate about making a difference in her role, the wider industry and more widely in the community. Outside of work Sarah is Chair of Governors at a SEND school.
Sarah wants to ensure that there are opportunities for all, having grown up on a working farm, completed a BTEC, Sarah career path hasn’t been traditional. Sarah likes to champion others and help them thrive in work and life.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys trying to keep fit at bootcamp, cooking, walking and gardening.
