Sarah is Head of Asset Management at HUB Living, where she leads a portfolio of ultra-urban co-living schemes across development and investment.
Previously at Ridgeback Group, Sarah oversaw a £1bn AUM portfolio, with a focus on driving performance and long-term value across a diverse asset base.
With a career spanning Savills, Foxtons, Knight Frank and a local independent agent, Sarah has progressed from Property Manager to Portfolio Director, building a broad and practical understanding of the sector along the way. Alongside asset management expertise, brings a strong focus on team development, having led teams of up to 14 and supported individuals through growth and promotion.
Outside of work, life is largely spent keeping up with two teenage daughters – and the logistics that come with them.
