Sasha Lees is a Partner at Workman LLP in Glasgow. Workman is an independent commercial property management and building consultancy service. She is MRICS qualified and specialises in property management, managing a variety of retail, leisure, and mixed-use assets across the country. She leads a team within Workman retail and leisure and runs wellbeing initiatives in the office. She is also on the REVO property management committee, working with other property managers, solicitors, and industry experts to support the interest and values of retail.
Sasha works in Glasgow however she previously worked for six years at Workman in London. She still travels regularly between Glasgow and London. Prior to this she as a Property Manager at CBRE and Donaldsons/DTZ.
Sasha has a 5-year-old daughter and is trying to manage the work/life balance which can be a struggle, especially with travelling, which many working mums experience.
