Siân joined Savills in 2016, having specialised in the licensed leisure sector since the beginning of her career over 30 years ago. Siân sits on the UK Board and heads the Leisure Division, leading a national team who advise across the leisure sector. In her day job Siân provides a range of consultancy advice to operators and investors in the pub sector, which has experienced the most extraordinary challenges since the outbreak of Covid. The resilience of operators during the pandemic has been very inspiring and we will certainly cherish the pub more as we emerge from lockdown!
Siân also chairs the Gender Group at Savills, passionately championing gender equality within the organisation. There is huge opportunity to drive change with the growing awareness of the benefit of a truly diverse workforce on the success of businesses. She is committed to helping women to develop their careers and be proud of the contribution they make. Siân is mum to two boys 19 and 22 and has navigated her career as they grow up, working both part and full time. As passionate now about her career as at the outset, experience has taught her that each phase is a different stage in what is rarely a straight line journey!
