Sophie Riley joined Parkeray, a commercial office fit out business, in 2018 as Senior Business Development manager and was promoted to Board Director Interiors and LITE in April 2022. Her career spans 13 years in the industry with her profession starting at the consultancy firm Rider Levett Bucknall moving to Lend lease then ISG which has given her a good foundation and understanding of consultancy and main contracting.
Her role as Board Director encompasses leading, managing and mentoring Parkeray’s business development team, research and report writing to target new markets, key account management planning and implementation and she supports the work-winning process.
Sophie is a mother of three and is passionate about supporting the next generation of industry leaders by assisting in navigating the pressures of work/ home life balance in an ever-changing multi-faceted working environment.
