Tanya has been an integral part of the construction industry for 27 years. Currently serving as the Operations Director at Morgan Lovell, Tanya oversees all construction activities, including health and safety, site management, commercial and overall site performance. Her journey began with a degree in Construction Management from the University of West of England, followed by various roles such as site manager, project manager, contracts manager, and account director. Tanya’s expertise spans across different sectors, including hotels, airports, and supermarkets, with a significant focus on commercial office fit-outs.
She believes in handling challenges with a sense of perspective, focusing on what is morally right. As a proud mother of three children, Tanya’s resilience and determination have been key to her success.
