Tor is an Associate Partner at Bluebook and specialises in West End office agency.
Having worked in commercial property for 15 years, Tor started her career at King Sturge (now JLL) working in their office agency team, then transaction management which enabled her to travel throughout Europe advising major global companies on their international growth and transactions. After 6 years there, she was hired by Avison Young as the first female surveyor in their UK offices and focussed on office agency in the South East and Greater London.
Having grown up in London, Tor was always fascinated by the developments and regenerations around her and in 2021 jumped at the opportunity to focus on the West End which she knew and loved, with the team she had previously worked with at King Sturge who had since started up one of the most successful property advisory firms in the West End, Bluebook.
With three young children and a demanding but fulfilling job that she is passionate about and committed to, Tor has spent the last 8 years trying to achieve the right work/life balance and is keen to support the next generation in also doing this.
