Tracey Pollard

Bruce Gillingham Pollard, Managing Director

Tracey Pollard is co-founder and managing director of leading niche firm Bruce Gillingham Pollard, and a leading authority in retail and leisure leasing across London. Heading up the London leasing team at BGP, she advises key landlords across London including BMO for St Christopher’s Place, Canary Wharf Group, Grosvenor, Land Securities, Stanhope and St Martins.

Tracey specialises in the creation of bespoke tenant mixes which fulfil the needs of individual catchments whether this be office workers, tourists, residential or shoppers. Although many of Tracey’s lettings are to anchor retail and restaurant occupiers, she loves seeking out independent tenants or working with established occupiers to create a point of difference for the schemes she is involved in.

Tracey is passionate about the way consumer trends shape our society and influence the retail landscape. With 25 years’ experience, she instinctively recognises how best to harness these trends but also future proof clients’ assets and income flows in an ever-changing market. In 2019 Tracey was named as one of 49 women who will shape the future of UK real estate.

Tracey worked at niche company Markham Vaughan Gillingham, then moved to Knight Frank where she was part of the Central London team. In 2011 she and four colleagues left to set up Bruce Gillingham Pollard.
